Search functionality to find relevant information. Chat interaction with an AI assistant and access to custom, public and other models and assistive and analytical technologies. Tools to build and manipulate visual concept maps and knowledge graphs and work with rich multi-media content, including creating and editing notes. Various other learning, understanding, collaboration and communication tools to help augment human intelligence and activity.
You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create or upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App services to you.
You agree to use the App in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:
Use the App to harm, threaten, or abuse others. Use the App to upload or share illegal content. Interfere with the normal operation of the App. Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the App or its AI assistant.
We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account at any time.
The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the App without our express written permission.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State].
